| DESIGN NAME: Flow 360 PRIMARY FUNCTION: Ergonomic Chair INSPIRATION: Flow 360 advocates more humanized workplace environments. It features three innovative technologies, including the follow supporting structure, multi-dimensional adjustable magic armrest, and trifold magic footrest, guaranteeing great comfort for arms, waist, and legs. All these features make this ergonomic chair fit human body curves perfectly to prevent health problems caused by incorrect sitting postures, thus meeting modern workers' needs for healthy, cozy, personalized office environments. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 1. Follow supporting: The lumbar support adapts to the user's waist movement, fitting body curves perfectly in real time; 2. Magic armrest: Multi-angle adjustment (up and down, left and right, etc.) ensures high flexibility and comfort. 3. Trifold magic footrest: Proper leg support is secured regardless of sitting postures. 4. Adaptive weight activity cable mechanism: Requiring no manual operation, it adapts to various weights and different sitting positions from reclining to sitting upright. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Flow 360 features the follow supporting structure, with the independent lumbar support dynamically adjusting in a concentric manner following the user's waist movement to fit the human waist curve in real time. It is equipped with the adaptive weight activity cable mechanism that intelligently judges and handles the loaded weight with a proper damping capacity, requiring no manual operation and adapting to various weights and different sitting positions from reclining to sitting upright. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The whole chair utilizes lots of recycled plastics, reducing carbon emissions during production. It adopts fireproof materials and processes to lower the risk of causing fires in confined spaces. It also applies innovative materials such as water-based, solvent-free eco-leather, silicone materials, and reformable engineering plastics, reducing the use of harmful chemicals, enhancing the overall stability and durability of the product, and delivering a long-lasting comfortable user experience. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Whole chair weight: 35 kg Chair back: adjustable tilt angle: 90 degrees to 150 degrees Headrest: width: 37 cm, adjustable height: 9 cm, and adjustable tilt angle: 85 degrees Magic armrest: 360-degree all-dimension adjustment, including 180-degree reverse flip, 5 cm slide adjustment, 10.5 cm height adjustment, 40-degree rotation inward TAGS: Ergonomics, dynamic fitting and support, follow supporting, adapt to the sitting posture, multi-angle adjustable armrest, trifold magic footrest, eco-friendly materials RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Nowadays most office chairs are not ergonomic, especially not capable of providing proper lumbar support for the user while reclining. To this end, Flow 360 dynamically adapts to the user's changeable sitting postures with three innovative technologies, including the following supporting with sacral support, multi-angle adjustable magic armrest, and trifold magic footrest, thereby ensuring arms-waist-legs all-around comfortable support. CHALLENGE: The challenge of this design is to create an ergonomic chair that adapts to users with different weights, heights, and body shapes. Therefore, Flow 360 is designed with the follow supporting architecture and adaptive weight activity cable mechanism to ensure that diverse users obtain proper support from lumbar to sacrum regardless of sitting postures. It also utilizes soft and breathable skin-friendly mesh fabrics, providing a comfortable prolonged sitting experience.
