| DESIGN NAME: Taste of Luxury PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential House INSPIRATION: Drawing from history, the design seeks to harmonize the past with a vision for the future, blending functionalism and tradition with contemporary intentions. The primary influence is the client's passion for opulent and grand residences, reminiscent of palaces and castles, embodying richness and luxury. Additionally, the project is inspired by the chic style of the building and the opulent aesthetics of neighboring properties. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project embodies a classic aesthetic, refined and tailored to align with contemporary design principles and cutting-edge technologies. The use of high-quality modern materials has been pivotal in bringing this remarkable vision to life, a true gem of Suceava architecture. Anticipated costs are projected to surpass 1.2 million euros, facilitating the development of a luxurious and elegant interior that seamlessly blends functionality with comfort. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: This luxury house interior design project offers an exquisite living experience. Every element, from the high-quality marble and large tiles to the brass and gold accents, has been carefully selected for elegance and durability. The Italian furniture adds a touch of sophistication, creating a harmonious flow throughout the space. The layout promotes seamless interaction, allowing residents to enjoy both comfort and style. This thoughtful design not only enhances aesthetic appeal but also ensures a functional environment that caters to a refined lifestyle. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project is scheduled for a duration of four months, with construction commencing in January 2025. We anticipate completion by the end of April 2025 |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The residence will be constructed using a combination of concrete and metal columns. It will feature comprehensive smart home technology and autonomous systems for enhanced functionality. All furnishings will be sourced from prestigious Italian luxury brands. The design will incorporate luxurious materials such as marble, brass, and other high-end finishes. The staircases will be crafted entirely from glass, enhancing the modern and elegant aesthetic of the property. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The residence spans 240 square meters and features three spacious bedrooms, along with a large living area complete with a fireplace. The ceilings reach a height of 3 meters, creating an open and airy atmosphere. Additionally, the design incorporates numerous panoramic windows, maximizing natural light and offering stunning views. The furnishings and decor are sourced from renowned brands celebrated as icons of design. This combination of innovative technology, high-quality modern materials, and a unique design concept has culminated in the creation of an exceptional project—a true gem of local architecture. CHALLENGE: The most challenging aspect of this design project was addressing the lower ceiling height while maintaining an open and spacious feel. Integrating the building's structural beams into the overall design posed significant creative hurdles. These beams needed to be concealed without compromising the aesthetic or functionality of the space. Additionally, historical and social perspectives influenced the design, as we aimed to respect local architectural styles. External factors, such as regulations and available technology, also shaped our approach, requiring innovative solutions to achieve our vision. The Art Focus Studio team has received numerous accolades for their innovative interior design work, including winning the International Competition DAS INTERIORS SHOW in 2018 and the National Competition Awards DAS INTERIORS in 2019, 2020, and 2022. Additionally, they were the proud winners of the Competition Awards DAS PRIZE in 2022, an important recognition for architecture and design in Moldova. In 2024, Reghina Ivanco received special recognition by society of British and International Design , being a finalist of the 2024 SBID Award. |
