| DESIGN NAME: Shukiku Fun PRIMARY FUNCTION: Backpack INSPIRATION: The Shukiku Fun Backpack reduces weight, protects the spine and prevents irreversible injuries such as spinal curvature through a scientific carrying system and proper carrying techniques. It is made of lightweight, high-tech EVA material that feels strong and comfortable. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The product is an innovative product designed to protect the spines. Its ergonomic design features a scientific carrying system aimed at enhancing the user experience. This system, combined with proper carrying techniques, helps reduce the load and protect the spine, promoting a more upright posture and lighter feel when worn. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The fishbone design, combined with a multi point support structure, ensures a snug fit to the back and enhances breathability. The widened shoulder straps and chest buckle are designed to promote correct carrying posture and improve comfort. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: This product was designed and manufactured in China on May 20, 2024 |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The back panel of the backpack is made of EVA, a strong but not overly stiff material that prevents the user from slouching due to the material being too soft. It helps to reduce the load on the spine and provide support, as poor carrying posture can lead to spinal problems. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The specifications of this product are L28*H37*W13.5cm in length, width and height. TAGS: Backpack, Science, Fashion, Cute, Fun RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The Shukiku Fun backpack is meticulously crafted through 320 detailed production steps. Every step, from selecting materials, sampling and finalizing the design to sewing and packaging, is subject to strict quality control. Numerous adjustments and improvements during the production process ensure the final quality of the backpack. CHALLENGE: In order to enhance the fun, the exterior design adopts bright colors that match the innocent and lively nature, which is both fashionable and cute. In terms of structure, the design team adopted a Hook and Loop pencil case to attract children's curiosity and enhance the fun.
