| DESIGN NAME: Peacebird PRIMARY FUNCTION: Fashion Down Outdoor Jacket INSPIRATION: To meet the high standards of winter outdoor enthusiasts, the design team utilizes advanced materials, including Dermizax professional outdoor stretch fabric and honeycomb reflective heat storage lining, complemented by 3D draping cut technique and practical detail designs to create a winter outdoor activities jacket with warmth, comfort, and functionality. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This down outdoor jacket blends warmth, lightness, and durability to provide wearers with a comfortable and adaptable winter outerwear solution. The outer shell comprises Dermizax fabric, complemented by a waterproof seal tape treatment and an adjustable design, substantially enhancing protection. The lining incorporates a honeycomb reflective heat storage lining with graphene heat storage fabric, effectively maintaining body heat even at temperatures as low as minus 15 degrees Celsius. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: With a 3D cuttingfit based on the Chinese male body shapes, the jacket integrates a black-and-white colour scheme, steel-pressing logo, and decorative stripes, balancing visual effect and comfort. The jacket features a waterproof adjustable hood and a collar with a hidden hot-pressing adjustable buckle, contributing to its performance against harsh outdoor conditions. The jacket equips large-capacity storage pockets to carry outdoor essentials. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Employing a 3D draping cut technique based on the data of millions of Chinese male body shapes, the jacket balances a snug wraparound fit and freedom of movement. The shell uses Dermizax professional outdoor stretch fabric with a high moisture permeability index and hydrostatic pressure resistance up to level 5. The lining uses honeycomb reflective heat storage lining and graphene heat storage fabric. The waterproof seal tape treatment is applied to the chest pocket and placket pocket cover.
