| DESIGN NAME: Avatar PRIMARY FUNCTION: Freezing Display Cabinet INSPIRATION: The cabinet features a double opening door design and two observation windows on the side, expanding the display area and facilitating quicker and more convenient product location for customers. A detachable and replaceable display board on the interior top facilitates the display of advertisements, price tags, and other information, enabling customers to swiftly access product details and optimize the shopping experience. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This freezing display cabinet combines high capacity, easy product visibility, and customization to offer effective and convenient refrigerating and freezing solutions. Users can effortlessly access product information with its high inclination angle glass doors, side viewing windows, and customizable display board areas. The cabinet also integrates temperature zoning management, an intelligent management system, and other functions to satisfy the storage requirements of various commodities. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The freezing display cabinet has built in intelligent sensors to automatically adapt the operational parameters in response to environmental variations. It enables the merchant to monitor the interior data of the cabinet anytime, allowing for timely adjustments. The system provides real time inventory monitoring, ensuring a consistent and timely merchandise supply. The bionic shark fin handles enhance the visual appeal and prioritize easy use and durability, optimizing the overall user experience. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project began in June 2024 and concluded in December 2024 in Qingdao, Shandong Province, China. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The product is constructed with a precoated steel plate liner and an aluminium alloy reinforced cabinet opening to enhance durability and effectively extend the product lifespan of the cabinet. Additionally, the utilization of low ohmic value tempered coated reflective glass assists in effectively retaining cold air within the cabinet with low energy loss, which is in alignment with contemporary environmental conservation principles. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 1444*744*1030mm TAGS: Commercial freezing display cabinet, large capacity, side windows, free customisation of display board, temperature zoning design RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The growth of the domestic cold drinks and cold food industry has led to an increasing demand for freezers with larger capacities and display areas. In response to this, a freezing display cabinet has been developed featuring a spacious box structure and a large capacity basket design, providing 351L of storage space that can afford a significant quantity of goods.The double opening glass door design and side observation window increase the display area, facilitating easier product selection. CHALLENGE: The primary challenge was meeting the need of the users for storage diversity. The wide box structure and large capacity basket design of the freezing display cabinet provide an internal storage space of 351 L. Additionally, small hanging baskets allow the placement of light frozen foodstuffs in the higher temperature area above the cabinet, effectively utilizing the internal space for efficient classification and storage of diverse commodities.
