UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This shirt style down jacket fulfils modern user requirements for both style and functionality through its simplistic design and exceptional performance. Constructed in an H shape silhouette suitable for all body types and featuring lightweight materials and premium quality Hungarian goose down filling, it not only delivers a lightweight, warm, and versatile matching but also guarantees durability for city commuting, casual outings, and mild outdoor activities. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The down jacket is constructed from a proprietary lightweight fabric. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The lightweight fabric is constructed from imported 25D ultra fine yarn, reducing the overall weight while enhancing its durability. The jacket is filled with high quality Hungarian goose down, boasting rating 800 fluffiness and 1000 cleanliness. It utilizes a direct fill design and a scientific lightweightdown fillprocess, ensuring it is both lightweight and warm. The seamless glue pressing technology and professional down leakproof sewing techniques effectively prevent down leakage. This was accomplished through a scientific lightweightdown fillprocess, which strategically partitioned the interior of the down jacket and dynamically distributed varying amounts of goose down according to the specific thermal requirements of each section, reducing the overall weight of the jacket while maintaining ample warmth.
