PRIMARY FUNCTION: Liquids Plastic Container
INSPIRATION: The Humv engine oil container is inspired by the reinforced exteriors and tactical design of the Humvee, a vehicle known for military-grade durability and extreme performance. Engineered to withstand harsh environments, Humv translates off-road adaptability and structural resilience into a highly functional oil container. Its bold, angular form, ergonomic grip, and reinforced shell reflect power, control, and industrial efficiency.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Humv is a tactically inspired oil container built for durability, functionality, and ergonomic precision. The reinforced geometric shell enhances impact resistance, while the armored grip system improves handling in industrial conditions. The embossed branding eliminates adhesive labels, increasing recyclability and longevity. Available in one, five, and twenty liters, Humv is designed for precision pouring and high-volume applications in rugged environments.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The Humv container ensures precise pouring, secure handling, and efficient storage. Armored grip zones provide stability and slip resistance. Optimized weight reduces fatigue. The stackable form enhances space efficiency, while the durable design ensures long-term reliability in professional use.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The Humv project began in March 2023 in Istanbul, Turkey, and was completed in February 2024. The development process involved structural engineering research, multiple prototypes, and field testing.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Humv is produced using advanced blow molding technology, allowing for optimized material usage and structural strength. Made from 90 percent recycled HDPE, the design reduces waste while maintaining mechanical integrity. Finite element analysis was applied to enhance impact resistance and reduce weight by 20 percent. The embossed branding method replaces labels, ensuring higher recyclability and streamlined manufacturing.
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Made from 90 percent recycled HDPE, Humv weighs 240 grams, 20 percent lighter than alternatives. Capacities: 1 liter, 5 liters, 20 liters. The 5-liter variant measures 237.95 mm wide, 98.63 mm deep, and 291.61 mm high. Passed a 2.2-meter drop test, exceeding industry standards. Withstands 131.4 kilograms at 50 degrees Celsius.

Replacing adhesive labels with embossed branding demanded precision molding adjustments, resulting in improved recyclability and streamlined production.
