| DESIGN NAME: Adam PRIMARY FUNCTION: Chatbot INSPIRATION: The single chat situation fails to satisfy the pursuit of young people in the digital era for design. The Adam AI Chatbot provides intelligent question and answer service that can address customer appeal, including FAQ and customer services in a range of social scenarios such as diverse chat scenarios, community-group-topi UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The instant messaging cloud product based on Tencent Cloud's frontier AI technology, combined with AI Chatbot-powered question and answer service, provides an efficient, original communication solution for diverse social chat scenarios. At the same time, this project enables large-scale million-level online community group gathering and vertical interest-based segmentation with a 99.99% message rate. Target customers are from social, gaming, livestreaming, medical, educational, and other fields. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The instant communication technology enables a message rate of up to 99.99%. Together with user experience guidance, customers can experience a product demo in one minute and quickly create a customized AI Chatbot, dramatically reducing access time and improving efficiency. It enables million-level online community-group interaction, combined with instant communication technology, to ensure a 99.99% message rate. The interface design is simple with a sense of technology, promoting the productization of AI, and catalyzing the digital transformation of enterprises. CHALLENGE: How to maintain consistency in the interface design in multiple scenarios and provide a coherent user experience is one of the major challenges of this project. The interface adopts a simple design, with clear visual hierarchical layers and layouts to enhance the user experience. The innovative linear icons display functions and information and guide users in their operation. The AI Chatbot plug-ins with animation effects provide users with instant feedback, enhancing the enjoyable interaction.
