| DESIGN NAME: Ce5x Series PRIMARY FUNCTION: Microcomputer INSPIRATION: CE5X Series is born out of the pressing need for sustainability in modern commerce and a relentless pursuit of enhancing user experience. It integrates an interactive indicator light, tool free assembly, and an integrated handle for enhanced user friendliness. Its highly modular design allows for customization to meet the specific needs of different users. It is also designed to be environmentally friendly from creation to use, making it last longer and providing broader benefits to society. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: CE5X Series commercial desktop computer offers an efficient, flexible, and sustainable option for modern workplaces. Designed to adapt to diverse business needs and working environments, it boasts multiple advanced features, including a highly modular design, innovative interaction, enhanced compatibility, an efficient cooling system, and tool free maintenance. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: 1.The indicator light changes colors and flashing modes to provide visual feedback in real time on system status, such as hardware loads, computing processes, and interior dust accumulation alerts. This intuitive feature enhances interaction between users and the computer, improving operational efficiency. 2.The integrated handle is not only aesthetically harmonious but also practical, enabling users to easily move the computer around in various commercial scenarios. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The design and development of CE5X Series started in Jinan, in October, 2023. The first batch of mass production was completed there in August 2024. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: 1.Using post consumer recycled ABS for its housing reduces environmental impact, and enhances both durability and texture of the computer. 2.Its energy efficient cooling system integrates a unique heat dissipation module. The front panel boasts an over 25 percent perforation rate and the rear panel has an even higher rate of 52 percent for excellent ventilation. The front to back airflow works with vortex fans near the CPU and GPU, effectively lowering operating temperatures and minimizing noise. In response, CE5X Series introduces multiple innovations, such as detachable input and output panels, a highly scalable motherboard, an energy efficient cooling system, and tool free assembly, to meet diverse usage needs. CHALLENGE: The challenge was to maximize customization freedom and performance stability. CE5X Series features detachable input and output panels that can be customized with diverse patterns and port configurations. It is compatible with various motherboards and hardware setups, and allows for port reconfiguration. Users can customize storage and performance options as needed. With an energy efficient cooling system and a powerful ventilation system, it operates stably and quietly even under heavy loads.
