UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Cloud Landmark's features include a 16-column skylit atrium, central Eight Immortals table, giant white camellia, dynamic shadow play, and use of common materials for elegance and cost-effectiveness within a 28-day timeline.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Conceptualize, research, develop design, consult client, finalize plans, select materials, budget, procure, document construction, manage build, control quality, complete project, handover, and evaluate post-occupancy, all within a tight 28-day schedule.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in February 2024 and completed in May 2024 in Hangzhou, China.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The design approach for Cloud Landmark applies natural light and shadow through a skylit atrium with 16 columns, uses common materials like marble and wood, and incorporates stone-textured paint for cost-effective elegance, all within a tight 28-day construction schedule.
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The 600-square-meter space features an atrium with a classical Eight Immortals table beneath a large white camellia sculpture, creating a visual centerpiece. It utilizes the building's height to incorporate natural light through a skylight and adds a grille below the ceiling to cast moving shadows on the dark green marble floor.
