| DESIGN NAME: Liberty E PRIMARY FUNCTION: Cabinet INSPIRATION: Inspired by an understanding of the demand for flexibility and diversity in modern life and an insight into the future trends of interior decoration, the cabinet, with interconnection and interworking as the design concept, uses innovative metal rails as the base, whose combination with standardized components achieves a modular design to meet the personalized needs of users. It also supports material, color and texture customization, able to harmonize with various decorative styles. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This multifunctional cabinet innovates a modular design, aiming to provide users with a flexible, aesthetically pleasing, practical storage solution. Its core structure, consisting of an I shaped frame and metal rails, allows users to flexibly adjust the positions of components as needed, enabling personalized cabinet layouts and functional configurations to suit various scenarios. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The product uses metal rails and supports multiple column structures to achieve a modular design, whereby common components like clothes rods, shelves and jewelry drawers can be adjusted as needed to suit various scenarios. Thanks to the screwless design, it enables easy installation through reserved slots without professional skills, reducing installation difficulty. The intelligent air care machine boasts sterilization, deodorization, and dehumidification functions for good hygiene. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Aluminum alloy columns feature light weight, high strength and corrosion resistance, leading to high load bearing capacity and ensuring long term stability. Breaking away from panel partitions of traditional cabinets, this product utilizes metal rails, enhancing structural stability and offering a flexible installation experience. The installation can be easily done through reserved slots, which eliminates the need for screws, significantly simplifying operation. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 2710*600*2700mm TAGS: modular cabinet, metal rails, personalized customization, screwless design, smart care RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Fully considering the demand for efficient, personalized and smart home products, as well as the needs of various scenarios such as home, work and retail, the product utilizes a modular design to integrate common components like clothes rods, shelves and jewelry drawers, satisfying diverse needs of users and facilitating flexible combination. The built in intelligent air care machine, with sterilization, deodorization and dehumidification functions, ensures thorough cleaning in the cabinet. CHALLENGE: The challenge was how to realize high structural stability and load bearing capacity while achieving good flexibility. The design team has adopted metal rails and various column structures, as well as aluminum alloy, to enable flexible component combination while ensuring high hardness and good durability of the cabinet, thus meeting load requirements in different scenarios for reliable safety.
