| DESIGN NAME: Purify PRIMARY FUNCTION: Formaldehyde Antibacterial Plate INSPIRATION: This formaldehyde-free panel aims to be eco-friendly to create a green home environment. With no addition of aldehyde during production, it innovatively adopts self-developed formaldehyde-free antibacterial coating for constant aldehyde purification, bacteria, and mold prevention, TVOC removal, etc., helping extend the lifecycle of furniture and reducing the maintenance cost, which addresses the challenge of indoor air pollution faced by the home decoration industry. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Purify Formaldehyde Antibacterial Plate is a formaldehyde-free panel that can automatically purify formaldehyde, with a removal rate of 95.1%, a constant purification rate of 82.4%, and an antibacterial rate of 99.9%. This panel with special coating can be covered with various decorative papers to serve as home decoration panels, meeting users' personalized and healthy requirements of panels. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: This formaldehyde-free panel achieves automatic formaldehyde removal, so users just need to wipe the panel surface with clean water every day to ensure constant formaldehyde purification by decomposing formaldehyde into harmless water and organic matter. It is durable alongside excellent bacteria and mold resistance, reducing furniture waste. This panel also takes into account the protection of children, pregnant women, and other sensitive people by keeping the indoor air fresh for a long time. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in 2021 in Guangzhou. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Purify Formaldehyde Antibacterial Plate reduces environmental pollution without any addition of formaldehyde during the production of base materials. It is equipped with an all-new formaldehyde-free antibacterial coating that can automatically decompose formaldehyde, enabling 13-year constant purification (purification of formaldehyde brought by other furniture) and the highest level of mold resistance. A single coating brings multiple effects. Through multiple times of design revisions and optimization based on modern home aesthetic needs and consumers' actual demands, we roll out this Purify Formaldehyde Antibacterial Plate that balances practicality and beauty.
