Louver panels are installed on the walls, and indirect lighting is installed behind the louver panels to make it look as if sunlight is shining through the gaps between the wings. This gives the impression that sunlight is shining through the gaps between the louvers.

The recent unveiling of "Eiju," an office space designed with an innovative approach that seamlessly blends themes of nature and nautical exploration, has truly captivated my attention. The entrance, characterized by a striking 24-piece arched monument that evokes the grandeur of a large tree, invites visitors into a realm where nature and modernity coalesce. The meticulously arranged greens that adorn the walls, floor, and ceiling on the main floor craft an ambiance of serene fusion with nature, striking a perfect balance with the wooden materials scattered throughout. Transitioning to the sub-floor, the ambiance shifts dramatically to evoke the sensation of being aboard a cruise ship sailing across the vast ocean. The use of blue and white hues, complemented by louver panels and indirect lighting, simulates the gentle caress of sunlight through ocean waves, enhancing the thematic contrast between the floors. The thoughtful consideration in the design, offering a variety of seating arrangements and meeting spaces, caters to the dynamic needs and moods of its occupants, demonstrating not only an aesthetic triumph but also a practical blueprint for modern office environments. This work stands as a testament to the power of thematic diversity and the ability to create spaces that are both functionally versatile and visually compelling. The remarkable creativity and meticulous attention to detail evident in this project are commendable attributes of Shunsuke Ohe's design philosophy.
