PRIMARY FUNCTION: Influencer Marketing Collaboration
INSPIRATION: The inspiration for Nebula comes from the problem that small and medium businesses (SMBs) often struggle with the complexities of campaign management. The project was motivated by a desire to democratize the influencer marketing process, making it as simple and efficient as booking a hotel online. It was inspired by the principles of user-centered design, recent AI technical progress and the seamless functionality of integrated systems.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Nebula transforms the way small and micro businesses interact with micro-influencers, offering a single platform for end-to-end campaign management, from planning and negotiation to content creation, review, and evaluation. It simplifies the process and enhances collaboration efficiency, streamlining every step to reshape influencer marketing. The difference lies in the all-in-one platform, ease of use, and AI-driven workflow optimization.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Nebula functions as a powerful tool to enhance collaboration efficiency between small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and micro influencers. In terms of usability, Nebula excels by simplifying the entire campaign collaboration process into four main user flows. Through Process Management, users can effortlessly manage timelines, tasks, and files in one centralized location, receiving valuable suggestions and reminders at each step. Nebula also streamlines Reach Out & Negotiation, providing users with professional contract guidance and market information tutorials for initial negotiations. The Content creation & Review feature eliminates the complexities of the revision

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Nebula's design is meticulously crafted to evoke a positive emotional response from its target audience, specifically addressing the collaboration pain points for SMBs and micro influencers. The platform's cross-platform accessibility, available on both web and mobile, ensures users can effortlessly check and engage on the go. The color scheme plays a crucial role, with purple as the primary color symbolizing sophistication and creativity, while other bright color mirror the dynamic nature of the influencer community. This thoughtful execution creates an aesthetically pleasing and engaging interface that resonates with the platform's users, enhancing their overall experience and fostering a positive emotional connection during each collaboration interaction.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: We initially conducted extensive industry and market research, compared competing products, and engaged with various stakeholders across the industry to conduct early-stage customer discovery. We discovered that the needs of SMBs and small to medium-sized influencers in this collaborative scenario were not adequately met. The market potential is significant, with merchants showing a greater willingness to invest. Consequently, we determined the target users, positioning, and market strategy of the product: leveraging the Influencer resources of our client organization to attract small and medium-sized merchants as ideal paying customers, addressing their lack of experience in communication and cooperation, and solving problems related to low efficiency and quality.
In further user research, we included surveys and interviews to map out the collaboration process between the target groups and identify their pain points. This process involved creating Personas and User Journey Maps to enhance communication with clients and the development team. After the preliminary MVP was recognized by all stakeholders, we proceeded with prototype development, inviting the client and development team for multiple reviews during the Low-Fi, Mid-Fi, and Hi-Fi stages. We also invited several small and medium-sized e-commerce companies, our typical customer groups, to conduct user tests at different design stages, observing their usage behavior, and optimizing functions and interfaces.
