PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Indoor Fitness

INSPIRATION:
People's fitness needs is increasing, but personal fitness coaches and professional gyms consume a large part of the financial and time costs of young workers. We are searching for convenient and affordable fitness method, so that even fitness novices who are busy at work and short on funds can perform exercises with the right guidance. It is a kind of indoor furniture that can store things, integrated into the home, and capable of completing mainstream fitness movements and giving feedback.

UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
ForceMax is a modular fitness equipment suitable for modern homes. It has a unique shape and visual impact. It has equipment storage and home fitness functions. It can also provide fitness assistance through camera monitoring and video feedback, taking into account the fitness levels of different groups of people. Force Max can become a part of the family, encourage people to be active, and provide more training possibilities to people who have fitness needs but do not have enough financial strength and time.

OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
Use of support rods: (1) Folding and unfolding of support rods Lock or unlock the support pole by pushing, pulling and turning the knob on the end of the support pole (2) Use of support rods: Complete the corresponding action by fixing the elastic band to the corresponding element (3) Seat back adjustment: Raise the chair back and fix it to the appropriate position (4) Storage of fitness supplies Place the required parts in the corresponding positions and place the corresponding equipment (5) Seat split: Just pull it out with force and snap it into the slot after use. (6) The camera can be placed on the top, on the side of the seat, or removed and used independently.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
We use questionnaires, interviews, competitive product analysis, paper collection, structural inquiries and references to clarify the specific problems and solutions to be solved. We diversify our thinking through brainstorming, use sketches to visualize our ideas, use 3D modeling and rendering to simulate whether the size of the product is reasonable and good-looking in the real world, and use 3D printing technology for structural verification and final effect presentation.

1. Integrate multiple exercise methods into one device 2. Ensure user safety and structural stability during use 3. Research and implementation of motion correction algorithm 4. Structural strength inspection 5. Integrate fitness equipment into the home environment
