| DESIGN NAME: U Pro Series PRIMARY FUNCTION: Professional Universal Mulcher INSPIRATION: The U Pro mulcher series is a complete redesign of a classic all-rounder, featuring cutting-edge technology, premium build quality, and upgraded design inspired by the new U series. The machine echoes the new company logo with sharp lines and large surfaces and brings unique design details that expand the functionalities of the standard U model. Bold graphics resumes to accentuate the robust form of the machine, together with strength and dynamic character. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Together with the upgraded head-stock, using a distinct structural form inspired by the shape of Mount Rtanj, the U Pro model utilizes a simplified and more durable belt-tightening system. The transmission and rotor are now height adjustable, while the side mask is much smaller. The mask design continues to embody the brand's motto: strength, focus, and perseverance. Carefully placed brakes enhance robustness, while clean lines and concealed joins convey orderliness and discipline. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: A versatile hydraulically controlled side shift frame can be front and rear mounted to a tractor. The frame has upper and lower side reinforcements for extra rigidity. It also features additional movable attachment points that adapt to the contours of the terrain. The in-line skids do not allow the collecting of mown grass. The working height of the machine is adjustable via skids and roller, ranging from 3 to 12 cm in 4 increments. The product range covers 250, 280, and 300 cm working grips. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Welded steel, powder-coated / galvanized SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Width: 280 cm, Depth: 122 cm, Height: 107 cm (for 250 cm working grip), Weight 980 kg TAGS: Mulcher, Shredder, Endurance, Strength, Perseverance RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The design of the U Pro mulcher combines bold lines and angled surfaces, emphasizing forward motion, strength and durability. Newly implemented features enhance functionality and operability, while the side reinforcements of the head-stock add to the robust character. The new design brings more structural stability to the professional version of the model and simplifies the production of the side mask, contributing to the overall striking and dynamic aesthetics. CHALLENGE: Besides variations in material thickness, the previous standard and professional options of the machine showed only minor differences in form, so differentiating the design language of the two version was a priority. A more straight-forward operation was yet another challenge. The Pro version needed to radiate durability and strength, while enabling uninterrupted extended functionality.
