| DESIGN NAME: Delpasand PRIMARY FUNCTION: Black Tea Box INSPIRATION: A teapot was chosen as a symbol of tea and hot drink. The tea farm was the main subject of design. The atmosphere of each Ceylon and Iran is different so their countries' symbols were chosen. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Delpasand has 2 kinds of tea, Ceylon and Iranian tea. Ceylon has 2 kinds of tea,Aromatic and original. The color black was chosen because of the color of dried tea and to make them different on shelves, they were illustrated. The teapot and farm illustration shows their countries' content. the symbols, farm, farmer, elephant and the temple are used to show Ceylon and the symbols, Iran farms are used to show Iranian tea. Different sharp colors are used to make easier them to chose. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: To make the design friendly, the illustration was chosen, because it made the design like a story to contact the customers. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Offset print on the cardboard in 5 colors, CMYK and one Pantone color in each artwork with UV and emboss. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Width 120 mm x Depth 80 mm x Height 200 mm. TAGS: Black Tea, Illustration, Colorful, Modern Design, Drink, Hot drink, RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Before design, the design group researched about 10 days to see the concept and appearance of other packagings in markets to know and find their path. To make them different and attractive it has been decided to design in flatten illustration because the other packaging were designed with real picture. CHALLENGE: Many objects, characters and their colors in a small teapot on the packaging was the main Challenge.
