| DESIGN NAME: S6 Series PRIMARY FUNCTION: Shower Door INSPIRATION: Most bathrooms have space planning problems, such as small space and low space utilization due to the house type. The S6 In-fly Shower Door employs a diamond-shaped design, ingeniously utilizes the corner space, combined with the self-developed infold sliding door technology, to avoid occupying space inside or outside like traditional side-hung doors, breaking the limitations of small-size units and truly releasing space. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The S6 In-fly Shower Door features a self-developed infold sliding door technology that allows the moving glass panel to attach tightly to the wall side, freeing up 25% more space than traditional side-hung doors, overcoming the limitations of small-size units and achieving maximum space utilization. At the same time, the appearance continues the brand's minimalist concept. All the accessories are concealed in the profile, creating a simple, high-end bathroom with aesthetics. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The door panel has an infold sliding door technology, which allows the moving glass panel to tightly attach to the wall side after door pushing and frees up 25% nore space than traditional side-hung doors. The universal pulley enables easy door opening and closing, showing the charm of the small bathroom. The minimalist long handle provides a comfortable and smooth touch. The door has a hidden protective water seal, combined with the hidden floor drain, achieving wet and dry separation. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project finished in April 2022 in Zhongshan. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: To improve safety, the product carefully selects the 304 stainless steel material, which is tough and durable. It also adopts an ultra-slim, fully wrapped frame design, making the door frame simple and scratch-resistant. The ultra-narrow top rail is only 35mm wide. All this helps to create a dynamic bathroom with minimalist lines. Together with 8mm tempered glass, the bathroom is more transparent, attractive, and high-end. The S6 In-fly Shower Door continues the brand's minimalist concept, using the ultra-slim metal frame and glass, as well as the self-developed infold sliding door technology that doesn't take up space inside or outside, making space utilization more rational, eliminating the narrowness of small-size units and making the space brighter and more transparent. CHALLENGE: To find a solution to small bathrooms, we have abandoned the design of traditional shower doors typical of inward and outward door opening by using the self-developed infold sliding door technology under the principles of mechanics and aesthetics to maximize space utilization. The unique universal pulley design enables easy and smooth door opening and closing. We are dedicated to creating a comfortable bathroom for users with multiple humanized designs.
