PRIMARY FUNCTION: Management Software
INSPIRATION: HDM2 introduces AI technology and conducts full-lifecycle monitoring and management of devices deployment, operation and maintenance(O&M), energy conservation, diagnosis, and retirement. Combined with its original Ocean Temperature technology and the highly-graphical info-display UI design, it enables even the less experienced O&M personnel to find the faults through intuitive color feedback and maintain timely, thus saving time and maintenance costs.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 1. HDM2 enables full-lifecycle monitoring and management of devices;
2. It uses an AI algorithm to achieve intelligent warning;
3. It pioneers intelligent linkage between temperature and devices, using 3D color expression to show temperature-sensing data visually, facilitating rapid fault location and analysis;
4. It adds a Fault QR Code to allow scanning to locate the faults and get videos of solutions, combined with a link for faults reports, achieving a closed-loop operation.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: HDM2 applies a simple and lightweight design and a classified information layout, catering to the reading habits of modern young people. It utilizes a graphical interface design from the login interface to the function status display for visual and easy operation. It has a built-in operation e-manual, matched with a mobile app, achieving data real-time sharing and synchronization.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: HDM2 adds an AI algorithm, which can calculate the warning threshold based on multi-dimensional monitored data, including lifetime, health, capacity, etc., of frequently-used devices to help predict the device status. Based on servers' sensitivity to temperature, HDM2 pioneers intelligent linkage between temperature and devices by graphically mapping the temperature data and device positions with multiple colors, facilitating O&M personnel to conduct fast fault location and automatic analysis.
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: HDM2 has a built-in operation e-manual, which can be checked by scanning the QR code. It also supports remote control through a mobile App, allowing the O&M personnel to monitor and manage devices in real time. HDM2 can link intelligent deployment software to conduct batch management. Combined with the large screen and customized interface, it can increase deployment efficiency by 24 times.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Servers O&M is a complex task, requiring the O&M personnel to have professional skills. Compared with the well-developed O&M mechanism of large enterprises, SMEs encounter great difficulties in O&M due to limited personnel and costs. HDM2 supports intelligent early warning and full-lifecycle monitoring and management of servers. It also adds original Temperature Ocean Technology and the Fault QR code design, providing a safer, more intelligent, and more efficient O&M experience.
CHALLENGE: Traditional server management software is difficult for daily maintenance and costs a lot due to its monotonous and complicated information display interface. To solve these problems, HDM2 is born. It is a professional application tailored for server O&M. It uses more visual, vivid, and convenient multi-dimensional data visualization and Temperature Ocean Technology to enable easy, cost-saving, and efficient operation.
