INSPIRATION:
HITO Galaxy battleship series heavy-load platform autonomous mobile robot, this series of products can be widely used in the manufacturing and logistics transportation fields of automobile industry, new energy, aerospace, rail transit and other industries.In automated assembly lines, processing components that can carry various weights can be moved, replacing traditional conveyor belt assembly lines.

UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
HITO heavy-load platform autonomous mobile robot creates a series product image like "Galaxy Warship" through outstanding industrial design. Through layered modeling design language and combined with the lighting design around the body, it reflects the brand's exclusive PI image and subverts the industry impression of traditional sheet metal parts.It can reduce the compreh ensive cost of production and logistics construction of enterprises by 30-50%.

OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
Flexible transportation of various heavy objects, replacing traditional conveyor belt assembly lines;Reorganizing traditional processes to achieve a balance between styling and cost ; Win attention and large orders in overseas markets with new craftsmanship and styling,It can reduce the compreh ensive cost of production and logistics construction of enterprises by 30-50%.

PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION:
HITO Galaxy battleship autonomous mobile robot is a heavy-duty robot developed based on industrial production needs, The project started in May 2022 and finished in July 2022 in Shanghai.It has been receiving factory orders for customized sales worldwide since September, 2022.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
Material:Aluminum alloy and engineering plastic It subverts the industry impression of traditional sheet metal parts; The industrial design scheme adopts the structural innovation to realize the product serialization and modular design of engineering assembly.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
HITO Galaxy battleship series heavy-load platform autonomous mobile robot, this series of products can be widely used in the manufacturing and logistics transportation fields of automobile industry, new energy, aerospace, rail transit and other industries.In automated assembly lines, processing components that can carry various weights can be moved, replacing traditional conveyor belt assembly lines; Combined with the engineering software developed by HITO, flexible production lines can be quickly adjusted or even reorganized.

CHALLENGE:
The current AMR products in the market are limited by production processes and costs, and are mostly square sheet metal boxes. The manufacturing process is very traditional, where the sheet metal parts are directly bent, welded, and then painted, resulting in a monotonous and bulky appearance. TOALL DESIGN adopts a modular structure design strategy, combining multiple conventional processes and unifying component standards to balance the relationship between shape and cost.
