| DESIGN NAME: Commemorative Edition of Tianxia PRIMARY FUNCTION: Chinese Baijiu Packaging INSPIRATION: The first creative inspiration for this work comes from the national treasure level masterpiece " Picture of Riverside Scene in Qingming Festival" collected by the Palace Museum in Beijing, which meticulously depicts the prosperous urban scenes of ancient China over 900 years ago. Reprint it on eight golden brick shaped bottles representing the wealth and achievement, and reflecting its high-end positioning and collectible value. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: With the most famous ancient art painting of China, " Picture of Riverside Scene in Qingming Festival " as the creative theme, this limited edition Baijiu gift box which positioned at a super high-end art collection and present, shows the high-end culture and artistic temperament of the product, reflects the good vision of living and working in peace and the prosperous country and people, as well as inherits and promotes the age-old Chinese culture. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: With the most well-known ancient Chinese painting "Riverside Scene in Qingming Festival" as the design theme, the artistic and cultural value of the product is combined with the exquisite gold brick-shaped bottle that symbolizes wealth and achievement. It is a symbol of noble status and high-end quality and, can be recognized and favored by the upmarket, and will highlight their elegant cultural taste and personality charm as a gift and collection for high-end business activities. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The outer box is made of all gold titanium metal material in the ancient Chinese royal gift box style. The ancient picture was revealed around the box with frosted texture and polished lines. There are eight golden brick shaped bottles inside, implying achievements and wealth. A complete long scroll of relief is presented at the front of these bottles. The 3D image of mountain and river were shaped on the cap, vividly showcasing a beautiful ecological home. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Outer box size 520mm long * 250mm wide * 305mm high Bottle diameter 83mm * 230mm x 8 bottles TAGS: Chinese Baijiu, Ancient Chinese painting “Picture of Riverside Scene in Qingming Festival”, gift box, commemorative edition, gold brick RESEARCH ABSTRACT: As an ultra-high-end art limited edition Baijiu, it must be based on the core theme of the creation of the masterpiece that is well-known to the public and represent the top art treasure in the fields of history, culture and art, so as to reflect the company's good vision of a peace, flourish and prosperity world. CHALLENGE: There are 46 pieces of component models required to die sinking in order to achieve a highly matched oneness result between the gold brick shaped bottle and the ceramic inner bottle. Meanwhile, the pattern on bottle body is extremely fine which lead to a seriously high demand of the accuracy of the mold. The bottle pattern adopts high-gloss technology while the bottom of the bottle accepts frosted matte process, which is very difficult in the process and has a very high scrap rate.
