PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Ice Cream Packaging

INSPIRATION:
This design is inspired by children's fantasy worlds. In the pictures, each child imagines himself in a special fantasy world according to each flavor of ice cream. The design of children's world needs to know their spirit, and for this design, necessary research has been done and children's mentality has been used.

UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
In this ice cream packaging design, you enter a different children's world. It may seem that this idea is only for children, but this fantasy design style will take you to the fantasy world of children. Happy colors and different illustrations each tell you a story that makes you enter your childhood in an imaginative way. The design has many details that make the viewer more interested and curious.

OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
The nature of ice cream always has a sense of happiness and dream for both children and adults. Therefore, showing and depicting a world with happy and carefree colors used in packaging along with cartoon characters and a fantasy-dream atmosphere can be very effective. Special imagery and attractive color are the key tools of this packaging for better interaction and impact.

PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION:
This project started in March 2023 and continues until now in Shiraz, Iran

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
The illustration on the packaging was done with watercolor technique and the choice of colors was very researched and the mentality of children was taken advantage of with a little supervision. IML Applicable, Tamper Evident, Microwave capability, freezer capability

RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
Type of research: field and spot research, research goals: knowing children's emotions and understanding color in them, collecting data and research tools: using multiple characters for each design, and children's freedom in choosing colors. Participants: children between 7 and 12 years old. Research Impact: The viewer's desire to see the final design and the effective outcome of the design

CHALLENGE:
The most difficult part of the project was reaching the common point of children's mental images in the research and the final result.
