It is necessary to strengthen regulation to ensure that its business complies with relevant regulations. In the process of compliance management, it is difficult for compliance personnel to evaluate the standardization of internal regulations, in order to avoid risks. And in the process of business processing, employees need to handle a large amount of manual audit work, so the exposure to risk is always lagging.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Through the key data analysis and Knowledge Graph, the system can help compliance personnels effectively grasp regulatory dynamics, make timely decisions, and control risks. Relying on AI-Generated Content, it helps compliance personnels quickly learn compliance knowledge and write internal regulations to guide internal compliance work. At the same time, in the process of reviewing business documents and materials, it helps auditors quickly locate problems and complete audit work by visualizing the results of machine audits.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: By using association graphs to display multiple penalty cases, compliance personnel can save time in independent search, and efficiently analyze regulatory penalty patterns through penalty correlation relationships to avoid similar penalties internally. By interacting with an the AI assistant, it can quickly generate institutional terms and gain compliance knowledge. By flexibly configuring audit rules, highlighting the results and reasons of individual rules in audit reports, and slicing materials to extract corresponding information, auditors' perception of audit results and audit efficiency are strengthened.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: AI technologies have been applied to the system, such as Knowledge Graph, NLP Extraction and Data Modeling to automatically classify and sort internal and external regulatory documents, precipitate data assets, and build a knowledge graph to support real-time retrieval and regulatory risk analysis. It assists compliance personnels in efficiently learning compliance knowledge and writing internal regulations by AI-Generated Content. And it uses AI capabilities such as OCR Recognition for text material recognition and annotation.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: We delve into the needs and pain points of financial institutions in compliance operations through questionnaire surveys and user interviews. Research has found that the compliance personnels are facing numerous regulations issued by various regulatory agencies, making it difficult to effectively manage data assets, internalize external regulations, and grasp the trend of regulatory penalties to guide business personnel in compliance development. In addition, business personnels engage in highly repetitive manual auditing work every day, with a high error rate and relatively delayed risk exposure.
CHALLENGE: The challenge we faced is how to help various user roles of financial institutions provide assistance, helping them perform well in different scenarios, thereby ensuring the effectiveness of overall compliance management of financial institutions. At the same time, we also need to apply AI technologies to various aspects to help financial institution employees greatly improve work efficiency, reduce error rates.
