| DESIGN NAME: KFIC Headquarters Kuwait PRIMARY FUNCTION: Office INSPIRATION: The design elements that contribute to a home-like office environment include the use of natural materials, warm colors, comfortable furnishings, and personal touches such as artwork, plants, and books. Additionally, the inclusion of communal spaces such as lounges, kitchens, and breakout areas encourages socialization and collaboration among employees. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The concept of “home-like” office design refers to creating a work environment that feels comfortable, cozy, and familiar, similar to the ambiance in one’s own home. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The approach is aimed at increasing employee comfort and productivity by reducing stress and creating a positive and relaxing atmosphere. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Bene Studio workplace system has been selected for a project. Studio workplace system typically includes a range of ergonomic desks, chairs, storage units, and accessories that are designed to be flexible and adaptable to different work styles and requirements. By choosing this system, the client is ensuring that their employees will have access to furniture that supports good posture and comfort, reducing stress and promoting well-being. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: We used a custom shelving design as a space divider instead of traditional walls to offer a flexible, functional, and cost-effective solution while also enhancing the overall aesthetic of the space.
