| DESIGN NAME: Sandy Beach PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential House INSPIRATION: The material that furniture pledges and modelling also are happening inadvertently with the sea contact. Shell sofas, stone coffee tables and wall hangings in the living room create a fantastic illusion of drifting on an island. The wooden table is like a boat floating on the vast sea, with a white cloud overhead, which once again deepens this image. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: As a second residence for vacation and leisure, more emphasis should be placed on the dimension of "recreation&quo OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The French window of large area, let the relation of light and basement "mend fences". Just put some green plants or transparent acrylic furniture in the room, they can quickly become a piece, linked out of broad and bright space scale, forming a comfortable and comfortable scene. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The main materials in this project are wood flooring, slate and latex paint. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: This project is a beach villa located in Qingdao. The overall structure of the house is double floor and basement, with a total of three floors. It is mainly used for a family of four for vacation and leisure living. The project covers a total of 450 square meters. TAGS: Interior, Residential, Elegant, Natural, Leisure, Sustainable, Warm, Exquisite, Modern RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Home is the best place of mind and body, and the second place is even more so. It should meet the owners' "ego" appeal and private demand to a greater extent, with a comfortable state of life, is the holiday home should have the feeling. CHALLENGE: Starting at level -1, the rules are being broken. The floor is paved terrazzo brick, with black as the bottom, dotted with snowflake like white particles, coupled with matte texture, highlights a relaxed and lively atmosphere, the "free" keynote will take root in every corner.
