| DESIGN NAME: Little Green Bud Shampoo PRIMARY FUNCTION: Cosmetic Packaging INSPIRATION: For packaging design, most of children's shampoos merely add children’s elements on the surface of bottle, which may be sometimes hard to distinguish from adult shampoos at first glance, and children’s scalp is tenderer and is vulnerable to damage if used by mistake. This children’s shampoo is inspired by potted green buds, the green bud is easily identifiable, implying that children are growing up like green bud. The package is expected to make Plants Mom a preferred choice for consumers. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Like green bud, child needs to be cared every day and grows up through wind and rain. This little potted green bud shampoo packaging is tailored for those aged 3-12. Adhering to the brand concept of Plants Mom, the green bud symbolizes a growing child, the bottom of the potted bud is the shampoo container which stands for the natural, plant-based origin of the shampoo and makes consumers feel at ease. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Just press the head of the green bud with one finger, the shampoo gushes out from the other end where the green bud is. It leaves deep impression after single use, each press supports precise volume control depending on the hair condition of child. After use, the bottle can be reused as a plant or fruit petri dish. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The product design began in February 2022, wrapped up in September 2022, and the product was available for sale on 30 December 2022.
