| DESIGN NAME: Avion Express PRIMARY FUNCTION: Inflight Magazine INSPIRATION: Design studio created a new logo for Avion Traveller and rebranded the design of their inflight magazine. Avion Express is a world leading charter airline with modern aircrafts and superb crew members. The company performs flights from their home base of Lithuania, flying passengers to leisure destinations all over the world. The magazine is full of interesting interviews and stunning photos from vacation destinations. It also includes a food menu and inflight shopping catalogue. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The front cover, which reflects the main article, features a photo of Madeira. It conveys the stunning beauty of Portugal, with a breathtaking panorama of its majestic cliffs. The back cover showcases an expertly curated selection from the menu and catalogue, captured by stunning high quality photographs that will leave you drooling. Highlighting the coffee, each product is meticulously styled with different textures. The photo of the magazine on the magazine cover adds a subtly special touch. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The elegant font used throughout the magazine exudes sophistication and style, perfectly complementing the stunning imagery and captivating content. Each page is thoughtfully designed to guide your gaze through the magazine, creating a seamless flow that keeps you engaged from cover to cover. The content of the magazine is distinguished by a unique design layout of articles and photos, which encourages a visually engaging reading experience. In addition, perfumes are clearly and originally presented. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: Started in February 2022 and finished April 2022 in Vilnius, Lithuania. |

CHALLENGE: The goal was to create an attractive magazine layout that would suit those looking for travelling inspiration for their next trip or for those who just want to pass the time on a long flight. The most difficult thing was to creatively put twenty seven perfumes on one spread. NAME: Salvita Design PROFILE: Lithuanian designer, Salvita Bingelyte, whose studio is based in Vilnius and established in 2010, focuses on packaging, branding, print design, food and product styling and photography. This creative design studio lives and breathes graphic design, they are, as they like to say, graphic obsessed. Working internationally and concentrating on visual content that is simple, but innovative with a sustainable and lasting value for their clients. The studio does and will continue to focus on this into the future. |
