| DESIGN NAME: Hengqin Mansion PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential House INSPIRATION: The design inspiration of this case integrates the spirit of landscape into the ingenious thinking of modern philosophy to create a spatial rhythm of starting, inheriting, transferring and combining. The designer releases the space whether it is the division of spatial functions or the arc turning of furniture, it has been carefully calculated and considered to make the transparent space connect the indoor and outdoor scenery and endow the interior with natural and textured vitality. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: With the light luxury aesthetics and art as the framework, this peoject seeks the symbiosis between art and life, and creates a new way of life in the elite circle. It is close to the prosperous city and retreats from the poetic and elegant environment. The designer uses Beige tone to run through the whole space, the details are interwoven with coffee and brown, with a light warm tone covering the whole space. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Designers continue to add elements such as the sea meleted into the sky, mountain buildings and so on. The dining table and dining chair are simplified, and aesthetic feeling, texture and practicability endow them to the design form. Table with natural texture and simple lighting space, and the level details of material modeling show the resonance between natural art and luxury aesthetics. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The main materials in this project are stainless steel, glass, solid wood, FRP, acrylic. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project covers a total of 239 square meters. TAGS: Interior, Residential, Elegant, Natural, Forward-looking, Sustainable, Warm, Exquisite RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Huafa Plaza Hengqin Mansion is a creative and forward-looking sustainable residential project, it stands in the financial core of Zhuhai, overlooking Macao Taipa and Xiwan bridge, echoing the Macao Tower from afar, sitting idle in the clouds and feeling the visual feast of the unity of sea and sky. Fashion and luxury are based on the analysis of life experience and the measurement of detail quality. Naturally, they are the best artists, which need to float on the surface. CHALLENGE: The matching of furniture echoes the color tone of the space, pays attention to smooth lines, gentle and smooth arc sofa, and the random arrangement of single chair and coffee table. The ornaments are cleverly decorated in the space. While enriching the spatial level, the ornaments release the beauty and level, and reflect the sense of high quality and design from exquisite details.
