PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Charging System

INSPIRATION:
To make outdoor electricity use more convenient,Jackery introduced the concept of the PV,ESS and Charging integrated system,used outdoor car tents and outdoor powerbank as carriers,and adopted PV power generation and rapid energy storage technology to jointly create a green energy system,which can provide green,environmentally friendly,sustainable and high-quality clean energy for outdoor explorers even in harsh environments.

UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Jackery Explorer is a PV,ESS and Charging integrated system with a PV charging integrated vehicle-mounted tent and Jackery outdoor power supply.After the vehicle-mounted tent converts electricity through a PV roof system,it stores the electricity in Jackery outdoor power supply to jointly complete the sustainable utilization of sunlight as a clean energy source and provide power for outdoor activities.A PV,ESS and Charging system for outdoor lovers.

OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
Open the outdoor tent and one button to start the expandable solar panel.The solar energy is converted into electricity and stored in the outdoor power supply system,which provides clean energy for outdoor activities and is reliable in supporting outdoor electricity use.

PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION:
The project will finish in March 2023 in Shenzhen.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
Jackery outdoor power supply is made of aluminum-magnesium alloy and carbon fiber,with dust prevention,vibration resistance,ultra-quiet,and waterproof characteristics.It can adapt to the low temperature of -43 Celsius and extreme environments like 5000 meters altitude.The vehicle-mounted tent is made of aviation aluminum alloy,which has the characteristics of high-strength compression protection,strong bearing capacity,and strong sound insulation.It can provide you with a safe,stable,and comfortable camping experience.

The main challenges are The main challenges are how to maximize the solar charging efficiency of photovoltaic systems Solution: more solar panels are stored at the top of the tent by folding, and they are pushed around by connecting rod motor to increase the light receiving area of solar panels as much as possible.
