| DESIGN NAME: Anta Flexibility PRIMARY FUNCTION: Pants INSPIRATION: Inspired by the splicing technique and ergonomics, the design team customized the specialized elastic fabric for specific muscle and body parts and optimized and upgraded the pattern and cutting according to daily needs to present users with these comfortable pants that go with everything, suitable for multiple scenarios. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: These are super wearable pants that go with everything. With body mapping technology, the design team invented the elastic fabric that fits the waist, hip, knee activity and muscle movement. The innovative XUT cutting optimized the pattern and cutting. In function, the pants fit the body movement and effectively improve wearing comfort. The pants go with everything for business and leisure sports, meeting the need of users who change their clothes for multiple scenarios in a single day. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: XUT cutting means X shape line along the rectus femoris and vastus lateralis extends from the waist to the knee, making it shaped and fit. The elastic splicing crotch with U shape along the adductor longus and magnus muscle in the thigh avoids loosen thread and restricting activities. The T shape line along the femoral groove and gluteus maximus fits the body curve to ensure the 3D shape. XUT ensures the fitness and flexibility at the knee, hip and waist to wear comfortably and move freely. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The outer layer is made of nylon and spandex, and the bottom layer is made of 95 percent of polyester and spandex. With excellent flexibility and ductility, the pants provide a good support and wrapping feeling without restrictions of different body shapes and body movement, super light and comfortable. For different seasons, users can choose various technical fabrics such as dynamic warp knitting fabric and strong yarn fabric. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: product dimensions, 30 mm x 10 mm x 90 mm TAGS: Body mapping technology, patent XUT cutting technology, high elastic comfy fabric, multiple scenarios, fashionable and go with everything RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The spandex content in the knee joint is 10 to 15 percent with 100 to 120 elastic elongation percentage and 90 to 95 elastic recover percentage. The spandex content in the crotch splicing fabric is 10 to 20 percent with 110 to 130 elastic elongation percentage, 90 to 97 elastic recovery percentage and over 500mm per second breathable rate; The spandex content in the waist is 10 to 15 percent with 100 to 120 elastic elongation percentage and 90 to 95 elastic recover percentage. CHALLENGE: The main consideration is to make the sports pants comfortable and fit, also adapting to body movement. After repeated experiments, the design team finally came up with the XUT cutting, which is X shape for legs, U shape for the crotch and T shape for the waist and buttocks. They also invented different fabrics for different joints, effectively increasing the fitness at the knee, hip and waist to make the product dimensional and shaped and improve the flexibility of joint movement.
