| DESIGN NAME: Tunnelma CCT Led PRIMARY FUNCTION: Lighting INSPIRATION: Needs. Company background is building houses and there has always been argument about light temperature. After years of Selling led lights it was clear: Male prefer Cooler temperatures and Female prefer warmer tones. Now you can choose. Product also helps to cut warehouse stock in half. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: We do about 500 lighting designs every year. Inspiration for development came during countless meetings with families while doing lighting design. Every situation is different and every room has different needs because of materials and textures. Product family was created to stop arguments about color temperature with customers and to provide high quality (CRI98) LED lights for affordable price range. Tunnelma CCT product family is also designed to help installers and resellers to cut warehouse stock in half. Tunnelma product family is Smarthome ready with support for Zigbee or DALI2. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Product family has 2 options to choose from: 1. Basic: Customer chooses 2900K/4000/5500K with provided driver 2. Customisable: Remove led light driver and then light can be used freely 2900-5500K. Connect to any smart lighting system, such as: DALI2, Zigbee, Z-Wawe, etc lighting system with their 24V led light driver. All Downlights have ready plug for our ready made cabling (3 meter wire male-female and 3 and 6 way splitters). OR you can use old 3 gang wiring. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: CCT led Down Light prodcutd family started development in 2018 and launched 2019. CCT Led panels and CCT Led light strips launched in 2020. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Full Alumimun frame. No plastics. HIGH quality led lights. Led lights have 3 wires with easy connection system, all lights are connected in series, 24DCV. Used with any well established CCT led driver or controller. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Super High CRI. All products have CRI 95-98, 5-7 years quarantee. 24V TAGS: high cri, led lights, cct, led, led downlights, led panels, led strip RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Finnish construction field has typical way of building. Led light family needed to fit into 55mm maximim height for Finnish most common ceiling type and it needed apporox 600 Lumens for light output Light system also needed to be customizable for customer with HIGH CRI and quality components.. We already had good factory to output our downlights so after designing and drawing idea, they were consulted to find perfect led chip. We did only 3 rounds of prototypes and Tunnelma Led light series was done! CHALLENGE: Nothing really. Just money for few prtototypes and to start production.
