| DESIGN NAME: Youoy PRIMARY FUNCTION: Floor Tile INSPIRATION: Chinese character strokes deconstructed in a contemporary method are displayed on the surface to highlight the unique cultural symbols. The joint connection adopts the ancient mortise and tenon structure to make aesthetics and practical durability coexist. In terms of product color design, the colors of the four seasons express the inheritance of nature, such as the green of spring, orange of summer, yellow of autumn, and blue of winter, making the users live in nature. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Song style multifunctional floor tile adopts stone plastic composite and uses the color of splash-ink landscape painting as the underpainting, combining gray shadow wood pattern and plain wallpaper with modern geometric shapes. With semicircular abstraction as the sun and moon, with triangle abstraction as mountains and rivers, the floor tile design expresses the artistic conception of mountain life of ancient literati and scholars. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The thickness of the wear-resistant layer is 0.5mm while the number of wear-resistant revolutions exceeds 20000 revolutions, with a longer life span. It has stable thermal conductivity with effective cooling, and the coefficient of thermal expansion is small. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The product started in 2023 and hasn't been on sales yet. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The multi-functional floor tile is made of 5 layers of materials. The production process adopts high-temperature and high-pressure technology without formaldehyde, heavy metals, or phthalates. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The UV coating with strengthening treatment is super stain-resistant, wear-resistant, and antibacterial. The transparent wear-resistant layer has three thicknesses: 0.15mm, 0.3mm, and 0.5mm; the thicker is more durable. The wear-resistant revolution of 0.5mm tile reaches 26,000. The printed layer adopts Inca texture analysis technology and Fuji film ultra-precision digital printing. The ABA base layer is composed of natural rock powder and environmental protection resin, which is more stable in three layers. The cork wood has good elasticity, sealing, heat, and sound insulation. TAGS: material, floor, wall, tile, SPC RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The floor tile has rich application scenarios, which can fit high-humidity environments on the floor and walls according to design needs. It features super wear resistance, reaching the light commercial level. CHALLENGE: 100% waterproof and moisture-proof with an antibacterial surface, it is suitable for living environments. The antibacterial rate of staphylococcus aureus exceeds 99.9%, and the fire protection coefficient reaches the b1 level, second only to stone. Easy and quick to install, the product is connected by mortise and tenon lock, which is more stable and durable.
