| DESIGN NAME: Micode PRIMARY FUNCTION: Ai Sleep System INSPIRATION: The home sleep system is inspired by the in-depth analysis of sleep of modern people. Due to all components in the bedroom perform corresponding functions and can affect sleep of users, the design team incorporates various functions relating to sleep quality into the mattress, electric bedstead, bed gate, and pillow that users touch most frequently in the bedroom to provide users healthy sleep in a subtle way. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Micode AI Sleep system, a home sleep system, is developed based on the living habits and sleep problems of modern people, which is committed to providing users sleep scenario solutions. All components of the system are based on the scientific matching of multiple human body indicators. The needs of entertainment and sleep improvement of users can be met with one bed, making them enjoy diverse life scenarios in bed. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The free switching between the different modes of the bedstead can be achieved through the APP or remote control, so that users can find the state that best suits their needs. The partition of mattress can adapt to body curve and effectively provide support to create zero pressure sleep while lying down, while the pillow with an inbuilt sleep monitoring sensor can capture and analyze daily sleep status in real time and get suggestions for improvement through easy control. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The bedside adopts a single exposed thread and splicing process. The mattress uses a five layers structure, ten types of fabrics, with independent springs embedded. The bed surface with high quality full grain leather. The bed frame is made by populus. Cold rolled stainless steel fittings. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: product dimensions, 2320*1030*1990mm TAGS: Home system, sleep improvement, AI sleep, zero pressure sleep, modern fashion RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Living in a fast paced life and high work pressure, problems such as schedule disorder, insomnia, and light sleep are gradually revealed in the long term irregular living conditions of people. Research shows that more than 300 million Chinese people have poor sleep quality in 2021, and people slept nearly 1.5 hours less compared to 10 years ago. Lack of quality sleep has become one of the most serious problems among young people today. CHALLENGE: The difficulty at the beginning of this project is how to integrate functions related to healthy sleep of users into various components and provide different users with better sleep and the lying experience they needed. Starting from the most commonly used objects in daily sleep, the design team gives them various functions, making the bedroom not only a place for users to rest, but also a humanistic space for leisure and physical and mental adjustment.
