| DESIGN NAME: Rustic Zen PRIMARY FUNCTION: Private Home INSPIRATION: This Expansive Nagpur apartment draws light and ventilation from all directions as a luxury of sole floor owner. The clients expressed their preference of Rustic spaces with a dash of elegance which was quite a challenge posed to us. We found this an exciting opportunity to explore a new genre of design. The living room, about 2000 Sq Ft of space was tailored to house a formal living, bar, family living and a dining space. The spaces could be cordoned off any time with the use of glass partit UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This Expansive Nagpur apartment draws light and ventilation from all directions as a luxury of sole floor owner. The living room, about 2000 Sq Ft of space was tailored to house a formal living, bar, family living and a dining space. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The project was a raw apartment and we shaped up the layout first as required by client. Eventually when the spaces were shaped up we added a rustic material pallet. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The site was a raw apartment with just column grid when we started to design the site. the layout was derived after amalgamating two apartments on the same floor making the entire floor exclusively available to client for their use. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The apartment measures around 400 Sq. Mts. And is located on 6th Floor of a high rise building in Nagpur.
