| DESIGN NAME: Hot 20S PRIMARY FUNCTION: Smartphone INSPIRATION: Sun and moon rotation light change technology, the use of the moon front and back of the tricky seconds to think about the idea.Create the sun and moon together, the sense of immersion.The main body of the product is in large body characters combined with the corresponding variations of the sun and the moon. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Sun and moon rotation light change technology, daytime photochromic met with UV light to show the blue violet effect, the night in the dark environment to show the blue green luminous effect.On the basis of zero power consumption, three color switching effects are realized, providing users with a human computer interaction experience beyond expectations and increasing the fun and memory points of the phone for users. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The back cover of the phone shows HOT graphics from top to bottom when illuminated by daylight. And in the dark, it shows the opposite character effect. In different scenarios, the graphics are different from different angles. Play with the cell phone trendy products, enjoy the frontier of fashion. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project starts in June 2022 in Shenzhen, China, and is completed in October 2022. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: This design has a total of 20 processing steps, with nanometer level accuracy of effect. After careful polishing and technical color mixing, the result is ideal. Sun and moon rotation light change technology is to apply photochromic and luminescent to the back cover of the phone at the same time. It realizes the color change in three different environments: outdoor, indoor and night, reflecting the emotional linkage between smartphones and people. CHALLENGE: Dozens of pigments were screened for the best color change effect.In order to ensure that the photochromic ink and luminescent ink can maintain a balance, the ratio of the ink is repeatedly adjusted.It also overcomes the problems of short light change time, too fast change time and slow dissipation time.Ensure that the light change can quickly respond to the effect of rapid color change and rapid disappearance, while not affecting the effect of light at night.
