French Restaurant
INSPIRATION:
An extraordinary space to enjoy the finest French cuisine.
The first floor consists of the entrance, waiting area, restrooms, and staff room, and the second floor consists of the seating counter, open kitchen, and kitchen room.
Each floor is like a different space.
If the first floor is a quiet space of stillness, the second floor is a space of movement.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The ceiling and walls are seamlessly connected by seven large purple skins.
The theme is other dimension.
In front of the natural marble seating counter, there is a symbolic open counter where a top chef prepares superb French cuisine.
There are only 10 seats.
It is the ultimate in luxury.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
After spending a short time in the waiting area on the first floor, which is based on soft colors such as greige and champagne gold, the atmosphere changes dramatically when you go up the stairs to the second floor, where another dimension of purple spreads out before your eyes.
The ceiling and walls are covered with seven large purple skins that are seamlessly connected.
It is another dimension that is difficult to describe in words.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
Skins overlap each other, and there is a slight difference between them, where extremely thin slit lights are embedded.
The gradated light illuminates the skins and serves as both base and indirect lighting.
Above the boldly patterned and symbolically shaped natural marble counter are ten tiny pin spotlights, the same number as the seating area, designed to illuminate the food on the counter.
The walls on either side of the counter are covered with moss artwork, which matches the purple space perfectly.
It is the perfect situation to enjoy the finest French cuisine.
CHALLENGE:
Today, we are at a turning point in history.
In the past few years, epidemics have spread on a global scale, deeply disturbing people's spirits.
It is an absolutely necessary activity for human beings in any age.
It is eating.
We want to spend a peaceful and happy time with people we can trust when we eat.
Superb French cuisine served in a space where we can escape from the chaos of the world.
This is such a space.

I am truly amazed by the creativity and skill that went into creating the award-winning interior space and exhibition design of 'Enash'. The designer has managed to create two distinct and yet complimentary spaces, each with its own unique atmosphere. The first floor is a peaceful and serene environment perfect for relaxing and enjoying the finest French cuisine, while the second floor is full of life and movement for a more exciting experience. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail is evident throughout and this is what makes 'Enash' truly exceptional.

I am absolutely mesmerized by the design of this French restaurant! The way in which the purple skins cascades down the walls and ceilings creates an otherworldly atmosphere. The open counter allows for an interactive experience with the top chef, making it a truly unique experience. The limited seating only serves to increase the luxury of the place. This is truly an experience I would love to have! Kudos to the designer for creating such a stunning interior space and exhibition design.

As a design enthusiast, I am in awe of the work of Shunsuke Ohe. Their award-winning design of Enash, a French restaurant, is so impressive and truly unique.
