| DESIGN NAME: Maxxventure MT PRIMARY FUNCTION: Innovative Reusable Adventure Tire INSPIRATION: Adventure tires are getting more and more popular recently, however, these tires can only be discarded and not be reused. Developing was basing on this observation, Maxxventure MT Adventure, this reusable motorcycle tire brings new concept of usage. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Adventure tires with cubic design tore thread.By this design, the service mileage of front wheel extend to twice of the rear wheel.That makes the used front wheel can be installed as trailer tires, expect to drive for extra 5000km. Furthermore loading capacity than other trailer tire. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: By using new thread and material design, extend lifespan of adventure tire. And base on the new property, develop new method to reuse old tires. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: 2022 concept |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Aside from recent adventure tire, new cube design tore thread and sleeve wire twinning technic enhance performance and stability.The design aspect from co-utility, reuse the tire which is about to dispose, extend life span of tire and provide better loading capacity. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Adventure tires and trailer 800mm x 850mm x700 mm TAGS: tire,trailer, adventure,on-off road, loading capacity RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The goal of Adventure tires is to become re-useable tire, a ECO friendly option. Used front wheels can be installed as trailer tires, expect to drive for extra 5000km. More loading capacity than other trailer tire. Maxxventure MT Adventure, this recyclable motorcycle tire brings new concept of usage. CHALLENGE: Previous adventure tire design is not sufficient with cushion due to the stiffness of steel wire. The development need to engage new technic of steel wire twining to have better connection of metal sleeve and rubber surface, which improves thorough comfort. And the tore thread is beneficial to keep tire from cracking during driving.
