| DESIGN NAME: Rosuba PRIMARY FUNCTION: Side Sleeping Pillow INSPIRATION: The overall structure is designed based on the shape of the butterfly, with its flapping wings to create a split structure with low middle and high sides, providing support for different sleep positions and heights. The meridians of the wings are simplified into the structure lines of the pillow to divide the supine sleep area and the lateral sleep area, convenient to adjust the height locally and subtly. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Based on the human parameters and sleep positions, this pillow for lateral sleep has a double layer split structure, the upper comfy sleep layer and the bottom ergonomic support layer. The independent neck guard on the comfy sleep layer perfectly fits the cervical curvature, providing a good support for shoulders and neck. Three height positions on the support layer allows users to adjust the pillow height according to their sleeping habits, ensuring a good sleeping experience from all aspects. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The split structure allows users to combine or disassemble the pillow with more functions.The upper butterfly wing has a large lateral sleeping area with 270 degree wrapping, providing a comfortable and sound sleep. The independent neck guard dynamically fits the cervical and effectively relieves the pressure. The bottom ergonomic support layer with three height positions allow users to adjust height according to their sleeping habits to get comfortable sleep. To obtain the benefits of human mechanics, skeletal model and other aspects, the design team made research on current sleeping habits and body shape characteristics to design the split structure, independent neck protection module and ergonomic aera, which is different from other down pillows.
