| DESIGN NAME: Wool Softin Yarn PRIMARY FUNCTION: T Shirt INSPIRATION: The product is inspired by a deep exploration of the characteristics of natural and synthetic fibers. Dedicated to breaking the limitations of traditional fabrics usually made from a single material, the design team has adopted innovative technology to develop a new fabric that is soft and skin friendly with high strength and elasticity. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This wool blend T shirt innovatively employs wool softin yarn, aiming to offer wearers a comfortable and durable wearing solution through its unique fabric and design. Wool softin yarn made by the distinctive embedded composite spinning process boasts a four in one structure where staple encases filament. It achieves a perfect integration of fine wool, soft cotton, and elastic, durable synthetic fiber, enhancing both performance and comfort. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The colorway is derived from Milan style, simple yet elegant. The T shirt comes with classic and versatile color options such as black, white, gray, and deep blue, fully meeting the needs of various consumers. The application of wool softin yarn ensures a delicate texture, while the 3D flocking logo print as the embellishment presents an upscale aesthetic. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The outer wool layer is warm, soft and comfortable, while the inner polyester layer provides good support and wear resistance. The two together result in a warm and durable T shirt that is easy to maintain. The industry first embedded composite spinning process enables precise control over different fibers to form a unique four in one structure. CHALLENGE: The challenge was to perfectly combine wool with synthetic fiber. To address that, this product utilizes wool softin yarn: the outer wool layer boasts a delicate texture while the inner polyester layer effectively keeps the T shirt crisp. In this way, it features excellent heat retention and good comfort, and prevents wearers from itches. The product is also breathable, wear resistant, antibacterial, easy to maintain, and machine washable, providing a novel wearing solution.
