| DESIGN NAME: Song For You PRIMARY FUNCTION: Custom Furniture INSPIRATION: Women in the new era focus on self improvement and cultivation. Independence, freedom and ease are not only the bywords of them, but also their requirements in home space. Based on that, colors, shapes, materials, etc. preferred by them are adopted to create a space catering to their taste and the needs of a delicate life. This romantic, exquisite and inclusive project will help women realize their own value, liberate themselves, become a better self and head to a wonderful new life. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Designed for intellectual women in the new era, this space solution, fully considering female psychology, uses soft tones supplemented with line elements like grilles and classical stripes for a sense of gentleness with an elegant, romantic French retro style. Striking a balance between hardness and softness, its design suggests the power and beauty of modern women. Multifunctional areas such as the private study room and the kitchen achieving socializing function enable a free lifestyle. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Considering functional and emotional needs of women in the new era, this project boldly uses red for a sharp contrast to quickly attract their attention and to give a sense of firmness and bravery. Multifunctional areas including the private study room and the kitchen achieving socializing function contribute to a convenient traffic flow and the refined storage system, thereby providing a good home living experience for women. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: This project was started in January, 2022, in Guangzhou, completed in December, 2022, in Guangzhou, and estimated to be launched in March, 2023, in China. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Two UV boards are heavily used in this project. One is coated with the imported UV paint via the roller and flow coating process for a glossy finish. The other is coated with the UV paint via the roller coating process and utilizes UV curing, to achieve a texture like the skin of infants as well as fingerprint and stain resistance. Light strips are embedded into wallboard through the grooved structure instead of glue, which releases no formaldehyde and is friendly to occupants and environment. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 200㎡-300㎡ TAGS: a space for intellectual women, women in the new era, French romance, power and beauty of gentleness, life in good taste RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Thanks to quality materials, the surface of wallboard and cabinets features a soft texture and a natural, comfortable visual feeling, on which the fine patterns give a sense of high class. Such an elaborate design helps to create a logical space, and better caters to female psychology featuring detail orientation. Parts of functionalcomponents are designed with inspiration from soft body lines of women, which artistically implies the space is closely related to women. CHALLENGE: The large size of wallboard greatly limits its appearance to be shaped.
