| DESIGN NAME: Crreg Longfor Chenyue PRIMARY FUNCTION: Interior Space INSPIRATION: With terms, such as comfort, emotion, and connection, as the core design, the design team is committed to providing users with a warm and comfortable living experience by exploring the needs of modern family members for a home and life, while breaking down the sense of indoor distance, allowing the space to expand more functions and enhance interaction among family members. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project is a model room design with four bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms, which meets the diverse needs of different family members. With a horizontal hall of six meters and LKD design making the space excellent in lighting and transparency, the design team creates a cozy and open style by combining the design language and the fine and simple modern shape. In addition, soft and warm colors and simple and restrained multiple materials present a sense of light luxury with warm tone. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The horizontal hall layout with six meters can carry interactive scenes of multifamily. The double balcony with six meters have excellent lighting and transparency, and can also be used as a sky garden or coffee bar. The overall warm and soft tone, with simple space layout and practical home functions, gives users a quiet, harmonious, comfortable and relaxed living experience. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The background wall uses a customized rock plate and metal grille design, making the space dynamic, with light luxury atmosphere. The living room and the dining room are connected functionally, blurring the boundary to eliminate the sense of tightness and crowding on the scale. The open layout eliminates unnecessary stacks and cabinets to make the foot traffic more clear. The master bedroom suite realizes the functions of bedroom, cloakroom and bathroom, improving life efficiency. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 125 square meter TAGS: Interior home design, LKD-style open space, 6-meter horizontal hall, family interaction, cozy RESEARCH ABSTRACT: According to the Hierarchy of Needs proposed by Maslow, when housing basically meets primary physiological and safety needs of people, the upper needs of socializing, esteem and self-actualization are more urgent, while the most promising place to cater to these needs is to upgrade public areas reasonably and effectively. Thus, the project achieves perfect integration between public areas with LKD design, interpreting the concept of life with quality. CHALLENGE: The design team removes the extra nonbearing walls to knock all the space with LKD design, increasing its lighting and transparency. And on this basis, the most simple foot traffic and space for storage and operation are added to maximize the space, effectively improving life efficiency. Furthermore, the functional areas are independent and interconnected, enhancing interaction among family members.
