| DESIGN NAME: Abeam Shanghai PRIMARY FUNCTION: Workplace INSPIRATION: It is an office that stimulate new ways of workstyle in the post-corona era. Idea comes from what kind of office people like to work in. In the office, teamwork is important, and creative work is important. To form an office where teams can work creatively. Considering the scene of working in a team and created areas with various functions. As the office is located on the 71st floor, the space is designed to maximize the scenery. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The design concept is based on Abeam brand Image color, It is a design that makes user feel Abeam brand with gold accents. By designing an office space that balances cleanliness and luxury, Increase the meaning of coming to the office, employee engagement, and well-being. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: This office is designed to stimulate teamwork. By interacting and working with one another, new ideas can to be generated in a creative way. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The selection of interior materials is important to realizing the design. Considering the environment, recycled products were used in the office construction. This kind of thinking is also connected to corporate social responsibility and sustainability in office construction. It also leads to environmental enlightenment for the employees. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Total area of 2,400 square meters in size. TAGS: Office,Teamwork, Creative, Workspace RESEARCH ABSTRACT: There were two points that were most important in this project. 1, new work style. How employees have worked, how employees want to work in the future, and how to fill the gap. User’s idea and thoughts are taking into considering in every step of the way. 2, dissemination of a new brand image.The design was done considering the effect that the space and design would have on customers and employees. CHALLENGE: After the Covid-19 is gone， people are so used to work anywhere with a PC/Internet. Then what attracts people to come and work in the office.
