DESIGN NAME: Jiupai Huafu
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Office
INSPIRATION: With the prevalence of new consumption power, the core logic of this design is how to assist the traditional sales space to deliver brand ideas, quickly optimize each consumption contact point, and create an interactive tip experience that combines the contemporary lifestyle.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Based on Chinese traditional architectural culture, the traditional culture with local characteristics such as nine schools, government courtyard, Landscape, pine and cypress, poetry, tea is refined and redesigned to build an art space in line with contemporary aesthetics.
The sense of order and the harmony of symmetry in traditional buildings are applied to the modern simple space, creating an "immersive" interactive consumption experience.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: We have re planned the moving line of the sales office, dividing it into landscape exhibition area, negotiation area, tea tasting area, children's entertainment area, VIP room and model room, giving each space unique characteristics and creating an "immersive" interactive tip experience.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in May 2022 in Jiu jiang and finished in July 2022.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: We hope that through our design guidance, we can create a sales space where culture and connotation permeate each other, and promote the dialogue and connection among cities, buildings, spaces, landscapes and arts.
CHALLENGE: Jiangxi is a city with a long history. The project is located in the center of the city. Our biggest challenge is how to integrate classical culture and contemporary life aesthetics.
