| DESIGN NAME: Luxurious Villa PRIMARY FUNCTION: Interior Design INSPIRATION: In view of the clients understated and pragmatic character and the familys preference for grandness and tranquility, delicate craftsmanship as well as comfortable and ritualistic space, the unique pro-natural textures of wood, stone, rock, brick and other materials are skillfully leveraged to delineate the main style, scenes and functional cabinets in the public area. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project has the advantage of a single isolated house, a square and neat space, a central staircase that serves as a natural medium to divide the floor into two halves and a multi-story structure so that the functional units can be arranged floor by floor according to the clients needs. The first floor, with a height of nearly four meters, includes a foyer style entrance, a living room and an open kitchen and dining area for the family to share, in addition to a garage in the front yard. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The entrance on the first floor makes good use of the beautiful TV wall to separate the inside and the outside, combining the glossy stone grains on the back of the TV wall, the backdrop of the latticework on the opposite side, the floating closet and grocery cabinet and the backlit display cabinet interspersed with partial mirrors. In addition to creating a visual feast of light and shadows along the moving line, the material features, art collections on the shelves and lighting art are also used to give visitors a deep sense of the owners taste and a welcome like being in a fashion gallery. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The living room is unassuming, elegant and serene, with a minimalist approach avoiding excessive decoration and a contextual contagious power that is timeless. The TV wall is made of natural stones collated in a regular pattern and the vivid dragons imagery is rich in auspicious metaphors. The asymmetrical segmented shape not only retains a moderate degree of transparency, but also highlights the width with a horizontal table to accentuate the overall feeling of lightness. The back wall of the sofa is made of black mirror, KD board, wood grating, rock veneer and other eco friendly materials for irregular splicing and a sliding door is built in to grace the windows. The kitchen and dining areas video wall is made of rock slabs, which not only show the owners unique taste, but also echoes the main vision of the living room with its delicate natural texture. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: This space is 363 square meters. TAGS: Interior Design, Villa, Residential, Living space, Home, Residence RESEARCH ABSTRACT: As many as five bedrooms adopt the high-standard suite model and the details of workmanship, functional composition, thematic colors and style shaping reflect different users personality preferences. For example, the female masters bedrooms bedside video wall is made of a soft and elegant lotus pink melamine panel with titanium-plated trim to add a low-profile luxurious atmosphere and a single side curved line on one side of the frame to enhance visual fluidity, with specially made doors of the same shape to connect with the walk-in closet. The girls room exhibits a charming French light classical style, with bold bright goose yellow base, soft white decorative lines and cabinets to subtly balance the overall look and feel and a shield-like grille panel on the right side of the bed to accentuate the lighting, which is actually a divine touch to the meter box. CHALLENGE: The four-meter-high first-floor staircase is flanked on both sides by glass sliding doors that define the living room and kitchen and dining area, and the doors, which only slide on top rails, not only require aesthetic consideration, ergonomic application of force and smooth ground movement, but also require careful calculation of load bearing, structural strength and service life. In addition, the natural rock slabs selected for on-site application need careful alignments, tight joints, and seamless processing in order to show the integrity and artistry of the space, which are quite a test of the decorators skills.
