| DESIGN NAME: Satuo F7 PRIMARY FUNCTION: Intelligent Vacuum and Mop Cleaner INSPIRATION: Design inspiration of SATUO-F7 comes from sports car lights, exhaust pipes and other elements. It can be assembled from precise components, and is integrated with gradient spraying process in appearance. Plus, the intelligent interactive system at the tail handle makes it more technological and stylish. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Equipped with ultra-large smart touch screen and IMT 2.0 intelligent interactive system to innovate Internet plus mode and realize smart home life; innovative house formaldehyde removal and sterilization technology as well as wooden floor waxing and maintenance function create a safe and happy family experience; the machine body adopts gradient spraying process to inject more passion and vitality into life. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Users can quickly switch 13 working modes and intelligent water spray levels through the touch display, and can clearly see display information such as faults and battery warnings. The components can be flexibly disassembled, so it is convenient to quickly replace special cleaning cloth and waxing cloth for formaldehyde removal. The slender and flexible handle combined with a 90° bendable mop head is convenient for users to clean the sofa, the bottom of the bed and other areas. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: In terms of appearance, gradient spraying process is used, so the main color is gradually changed from gun gray to flaming orange. Besides, multiple techniques like injection molding and matte baking finish are employed. F7 is light and flexible after assembly, ensuring practicality and enhancing beauty. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Size: length * width * height = 1150 * 283 * 214mm Battery Life: 240min Detachable Water Tank Capacity: 230ml Sterilization method: UVA& UVC sterilization, with sterilization rate of 99%, it can be automatically turned on when the ground is detected. RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Goals: To innovate multifunctional modes to meet the cleaning needs of multiple scenarios; Directions: Simple, fashionable, and more convenient human-machine interaction; Market research: Online research + professional company research Social impact: Innovative R&D of formaldehyde removal, sterilization and wooden floor maintenance; taking on more social responsibilities in home appliance industry to improve the sense of well-being and security for more families and follow corporate values. CHALLENGE: Main challenge: how to scientifically and effectively remove formaldehyde. Solutions: A newly added dual UV sterilizer, coupled with cleaning cloth and formaldehyde removal solution that contains formaldehyde removal catalyst, can remove formaldehyde. Then waxing cloth is used on the floor to form a protective film, which can inhibit formaldehyde and maintain the floor.
