| DESIGN NAME: Bathing Sunshine PRIMARY FUNCTION: Office INSPIRATION: The design office transformed from the old house uses the liberation of layout, function and light, to soften the sense of space with organic free form, and meet the spatial elasticity of customer reception, independent thinking, and collaborative discussion; at the same time, a variety of material vocabularies are implanted to create a contrast between modern comfort and rough natural style. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This case is the office planning of interior design, through the recessive layout definition, and the open moving line layout, it makes the sunlight flowing in the space without gap, and also promotes the communication in the work field. At the same time, the environmental-protec OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Pay attention to communication, cooperation and creative work space, with an open and flexible layout setting and free moving line design, increase the opportunity for communication and dialogue, and promote the sharing and flow of lighting and ventilation, to create a healthy, natural and comfortable working environment. Besides, the designer gives unique style inspirations in different corners, through elements such as vitreous brick, cement, and wallpaper, in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: It starts from the improvement of the water leakage problem and basic constitution of the old house, and removes the traditional closed office compartments, to bring the open pattern and moving line, and the storage space along the wall is placed on both sides, the bathroom and storage room entrances are hidden, to release the overall sense of space, and also expand the range of indoor lighting. In order to achieve the open communication and functional order of the work area. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: It integrates the green decoration spirit of environmental protection and friendliness, and uses non-toxic and healthy materials, with pure and simple colors, natural light, wood, stone and other natural materials, to return to the nature of comfortable and organic space. The contrast of ceiling height extends the sense of height view of the house, and creates a focused and stable privacy envelope in the separate workspace. TAGS: Interior, Design, Office, Taiwan, Taoyuan RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The ceiling height difference setting cleverly hides the pipelines and air conditioning equipment, while defining the reception, communication and work areas. The reception center island and conference area are divided independently through the uncompleted wall design with an elevated floor; while the rest area is arranged on the ground floor of the interior, becoming the transition buffer of light and street view. CHALLENGE: At the beginning of the design, we need to solve the serious water leakage problem; in addition, to practice the brand concept of "Healthy Design", how to integrate the requirements of work efficiency and aesthetic performance from the aspects of layout, function, and material, to create a comfortable and non-toxic working environment is an important challenge in this case.
