PRIMARY FUNCTION: Restaurant
INSPIRATION: The new type of Chinese food and nutrition brand tries to build a new brand experience field, so as to carry forward the traditional Chinese healthy food culture and reshape the spirit of the times.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: In addition to serving healthy soup, Shanju Restaurant also aims to offer city inhabitants a tranquil communication place. Considering the project's local nature, the designer used stone as a diamond, taking the meaning of water and stone living together. The irregular surface of the stone, which is eroded by wind and rain, records the traces of nature and makes the interior completely blend with nature. With its solid and heavy volume and natural texture, profound energy is injected into the space.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Walking through the winding cabinet gives you the impression of entering a calm private home, where the bustle has subsided and your body and mind turned home. The space structure retains a sense of strength and wooden grille looks exquisite with its bamboo shadows and warm light.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project is located in Foshan, China and completed in May 2022.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The scenes framed by potted vignettes, original stones, and ink murals convey the Zen State, and provide an experience in a secluded place. The large area of plain white complements the floral ware, with the pine branch standing on the wall. Through the introduction of nature, the space exudes a modest and elegant literati atmosphere. Passing by, you can observe the candles placed randomly in corner. Under the stone glowing atmosphere, people can enjoy a good time with their family and friends.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: What is the direction of the future community? What kind of community space do people need? According to the designer, the community space should have both a commercial side and a warm core. The open flowing space accepts the guests coming and going, with the fireworks of life and the temperature of interaction, and the details of the future community scene can be fully developed.
CHALLENGE: The entryway showcases the business's role in the community as an expert in healthy cuisine while also blending in with the surroundings. The brand's visual impact on guests is improved by means of deconstructing the traditional Chinese character Yun, so that it looks like the clouds in the sky turned into raindrops, scattered on the ground.
