| DESIGN NAME: Henqin Macro Bay PRIMARY FUNCTION: Model House INSPIRATION: With the beautiful scenery of blue sky, lucid sea and orderly buildings, a dialogue between urban culture and interior emotion has been conducted, delivering ultimate imagination of residents to life. Based on this dynamic condition, the designer strives to break the fixed limitation, maximizing the interests of life through a simple way in the artistic space. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project is located in Hengqin International Finance Center, with a height of 339 meters. It is the highest building in Zhuhai and Macau, facing the Macau area, overlooking Hong Kong, with a fourfold view of mountain, sea, bridge and city. Based on ecological livability, it enjoys a 24-hour top-quality living circle that integrates business, convention, office and residence. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: In the open dining room, the designer uses a stylish chandelier and withered red flowers to combine the aesthetic elements with daily life and leisure, evoking the imagination of residents for a happy life. As the space of demonstrating the taste and interests of residents, the designer uses artworks in reserved black and white hue to immerse artistic quality into the study room, echoing with the spiritual world of the residents. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: From the irregular figure sculpture and modern geometrical elements to the lively plants, the designer demonstrates the interests of life and build a space for free lifestyles via the creation of abundant scenes. In the master bedroom, the collision of black and red exude elegant aroma, and leather armchair and geometric painting enhance warmness in the room. When sunshine enters into the space through the glass, the poetic feeling of life came into being. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Project Area: 152 square meters TAGS: Kelly Lin, Model House, Interest of life, Zhuhai RESEARCH ABSTRACT: It is a landmark project of Zhuhai and Macao, another masterpiece of Huafa Enterprise. It can look across the bright lights of Hong Kong and Macau, the windows of the Pearl River are in full view. The project is a combination of residential and commercial, with the 46th-68th floors being the residential part. The each direction of household can view Macau and Hengqin's prosperity. The building specifications are so high that it is comparable to the World Financial Center in Pudong, Shanghai. CHALLENGE: The avant-garde expression of the designer is more salient in the second bedroom. The abstract artwork, transparent orange glass lamp and irregular geometric wooden painting infuse exquisite fashion into the room, delivering an abundant interior experience for the residents.
