| DESIGN NAME: CR Land Runcheng PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales Center INSPIRATION: What is luxury today? According to the designer, the essence of luxury is not confined to the complexity and magnificence of materials, or the shape of furniture, but ultimately points to the combination of quality and aesthetic spirit. In this case, starting from the experience of life, the designer works to touch the essence and aesthetics of luxury, so as to shape an ideal high-quality urban living in a contemporary and elegant context. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: In this case, the designers have abandoned the flashy and stereotypical elements and returned to the inspirational conception of dot, lines and planes. As a result, China Resources Runcheng Sales Center is endowed with humanistic connotations and high value coordinates of the times by exploring the history, present and looking into the future of Hefei city. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The art installation in lobby is curved and intertwined, forming a metaphorical wheel of time and space, linking ancient and modern Hefei. The bright crystal lampposts in a cascading display enhance the space's transparency and openness while displaying an aesthetic style that is echoed in modern furniture. As a tranquil corner away from the bustling city, the composition of dots, lines and planes in the study extends the softness of curves, making the space full of sculptural form. Here, in all of its elegant splendor, is where China Resources Runcheng Center is located. CHALLENGE: The designer traces the imprint of life, and mixes art, culture and life scenes with aesthetic perception, while expressing the place of spirituality beyond abstraction. By doing so, the unique metropolitan temperament of the sales center is embodied with luxury, ecological harmony, and humanistic art as its hallmarks. NAME: China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd PROFILE: China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd. (“CR” or “China Resources Group”) is a diversified holding company registered in Hong Kong. CR was first established as “Liow & Co.” in Hong Kong in 1938, and was later restructured and renamed as China Resources Company in 1948. In 1952, instead of being affiliated to the General Office of the CPC Central Committee, it came under the Central Trade Department (now known as the Ministry of Commerce). In 1983, it was again restructured into China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd. In December 1999, CR was no longer linked to the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, and came under state management. In 2003, under the direct supervision of SASAC, it became one of the key state-owned enterprises. |
