| DESIGN NAME: Yue Rong Xuan Jun Yan PRIMARY FUNCTION: Restaurant INSPIRATION: The design endows the space with regional awareness, creating a sense of immersion and mutual integration. With the design element of kapok, the flower of the hero in Canton culture, its color and shape are combined with the progressive space relationship to present a beautiful and gorgeous feast full of visual impact. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Located in T1 58F Hangzhou Raffles City, the project has an area of 1,220 square meters. With the design element of kapok, the flower of the hero in Canton culture, its color and shape are combined with the progressive space relationship to present a beautiful and gorgeous feast full of visual impact. Yue Rong Xuan Jun Yan Restaurant tries to deeply interpret the brand culture of Delicate Cantonese Flavor through a modern and international expression of Cantonese cuisine. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The design enables the establishment of spatial order and achieves the main and auxiliary effects. With the unique kapok in Guangzhou as the element, the space from the entrance to the lobby achieves a progressive atmosphere relationship, and combines graphic culture and color to emphasize the dining environment, which can make diners feel comfortable and relaxed in the space. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The curvy wall decorations arranged in the whole dining make the environment of the dining area fade away, and people and food return to the protagonists of the restaurant. The functional assistance and objective configuration create a sense of tranquility and immerse guests in the dining experience. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: This restaurant has 1 floor with an area of 1220 square meters. TAGS: restaurant design, Associate Design, catering space, commercial design, hospitality design RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The restaurant is surrounded by panoramic windows, which can provide a 360degree view of the first-line Qianjiang New City. The design integrates the scenery, and move Hangzhou garden culture into a high-rise building, and people can smell the fragrance of food in the flowing water, thus increased the dining experience. CHALLENGE: The biggest challenge was how to highlight its own style among the same high-end catering spaces and ensure its quality for future operations.
